Carrie Underwoodis letting go of the home where she suffered a fall that resulted in her receiving over 40 stitches in her face, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

“That’s where she fell,” the Nashville source says of Underwood’s Brentwood, Tennessee, estate that isnow listed for $1.45 millionwith Torry Hudson of Southern Life Real Estate.

In May 2018 — months after the fall — another insider told PEOPLE that the “Cry Pretty” singer and herhusband Mike Fisherwere “looking to move,” to another home in the Nashville area.

“They are completely done with the neighborhood. The decision came after her fall,” the insider said, adding that security issues also contributed to the couple’s decision to house hunt.

“They’ve been having a lot of issues with neighbors letting people in the community to look around and it all escalated after the fall,” the source explains.

After Underwood and Fisher wed in 2010, they purchased 400 acres of land in Franklin — a neighborhood located about 30 minutes away from Nashville’s city center — where they built a custom estate, according tomultiple reports.

The Nashville source tells PEOPLE that the couple, who welcomed theirsecond son, Jacob Bryan,on Jan. 23, are not currently living in the home that is listed for sale.

“They’re fully moved into their new place and are finally putting this one on the market,” the source says.

PEOPLE previously confirmed that Underwood fell outside of her home on Nov. 10, 2017. Thescary fallresulted in40-50 stitches to her faceand required her to undergo surgery for abroken wrist.

“Plain and simple, it was just kind of a freak accident,” Underwood toldToday’sHoda Kotbin aninterview. “I just fell. I just tripped taking my dogs out to do their business. It could happen to anybody.”

Adding, “I say if I would have fallen anywhere else, it wouldn’t have been a problem. There was one little step that I went to catch myself on and I missed.”
