If anyone can still be an incredible singer after filling their lungs with helium, it’sCarrie Underwood.

The country songstress, 35, celebrated her older sonIsaiah Michael‘s fourth birthday on Wednesday with a special rendition of “Happy Birthday” — belted out with the help of a balloon.

At the end of his mom’s song, the little boyexcitedly holds out his handsto take the balloon and try the voice-altering trick for himself.
