It’s the end of the year, and I am ready to party. For me, that means mixing up drinks ahead of time so I can celebrate uninterrupted all night long.

Sassy Spiked Pink Lemonade PitcherServes 8
3 lemons48 oz. (6 cups) club soda16 oz. (2 cups) diet cranberry juice drink12 oz. (1½ cups) vodka2 individual packets (about 2 tsp.) sugar-free pink lemonade powdered drink mix8 packets natural no-calorie sweetener
1.Squeeze juice from the lemons into a large pitcher. Add remaining ingredients, and stir well.2.Serve over ice.
