You can’t take the “Gleek” out ofChappell Roan!
On Wednesday, Jan. 1, the pop star, 26, recreated a scene fromGleein aTikTok videowhere she took a slushie to the face.
“You know what does take some courage? Standing up and singing about something,” the “Pink Pony Club” performer mouths alongside theGleeaudio, while pointing her finger at the camera.
As Kurt, Roan continues: “So here’s a message for everyone that reads your blog: Next time, instead of posting an anonymous comment online, say what you have to say to my face."
In Roan’s interpretation she took cues from the original series and bravely had purple sludge splashed in her face.
“New Year New Me New Directions #glee #welcomeback #ladies,” the “Good Luck, Babe!” hitmaker captioned the clip.
The “After Midnight” singer’sGleescene marks her first post of 2025 on TikTok.
“This is the worst episode ofGleeI’ve ever seen,” she said, laughing through an attempt to appear angry while the episode played behind her in a video.
Added Roan: “I’m turning it off. I hate it.”

Another video was shared to the account about an hour later featuring the Grammy-nominated artist sitting in front of a Christmas tree while the person behind the camera (presumably Sattar) pointed scissors in Roan’s direction.
“This is my apology video for the Gleeks that I offended,” she said. “I am so sorry.”
“I love every episode ofGlee, and I love Kurt and Blaine,” continued Roan, referring to Colfer, 34, andDarren Criss' respective characters, who were in a romantic relationship on the show.
