Charlie SheenandDenise Richards' youngest daughter Lola is sharing a major life update and her experiences leading up to that moment.
On Wednesday, Jan. 22, the 19-year-old reflected on the “depression” she previously endured as she revealed she was baptized at the beginning of 2025.
Lola initially sharedfootageof her baptism on Instagram on Jan. 3. Then, in her secondpost, she opened up about the reasons behind her decision, which she said “made my life worth living.”
“When I was in my deepest depression, there was a moment where I realized I hit rock bottom. I felt so lost and hopeless, and was just doing my best to make it to the next day. I just accepted my life was going to be like that forever, and thought I would never genuinely laugh again,” she wrote.
Upon finding religion, Lola said the connection “rescued me from the darkness” and “made my life worth living.”

She also admitted to “battling severe anxiety” in the past, though she now finds herself “laughing again in places I only had cried.”

Lola andher older sister Sami, 20, are the only two daughters Richards, 53, shares with her ex-husband, though she is alsomom to adopted daughter Eloise.
She and theTwo and a Half Menstar, 59,were married from 2002 to 2006, and despite years of ups and downs and several legal battles, they’re on good terms.
“We get along,” she said of her dynamic with Charlie. “We have a good relationship.”

Charlie has similarly expressed that the former couple are in a good place.
“We’re absolutely friendly,” he told PEOPLE in 2023. “We went through so much s— together that I don’t think either one of us has any energy left to be divisive. The only thing that matters is the kids. We knew we had to park our nonsense and focus on the children, because they had nothing to do with any of our crud.”
Along with Sami and Lola, the actor is also father to daughter Cassandra, 40, andsons Bob and Max, 15, who he shares withBrooke Mueller.
