Chef Nobu Matsuhisa had a sweet encounter withPrincess Dianashortly before she died.On Tuesday, Dec. 9, the chef and restaurateur told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview at a media preview of the82nd Golden Globesin Beverly Hills, Calif., that he served the Princess of Wales “just one month” before her tragic death.After being asked about his most memorable moment of serving a celebrity, Matsuhisa tells PEOPLE, “I was in London at Princess Diana’s just one month before that car accident. I served her and I also introduced myself.“He alleges that Princess Diana was already familiar with his work, and she said to him, “Oh, Chef Nobu.
