Amid his rumored romance withTaylor Swift,Travis Kelcehas won the support of his teammates’ wives.
A source tells PEOPLE that Chiefs players’ wives are among those who are cheering on the relationship.
“The players' wives are happy for Travis and hope it continues to go well,” the source tells PEOPLE.
The source added that, while Kelce, 33, is “keeping all this private even within the team to respect Taylor,” he also has his fellow players’ backing.
“Everyone on the team seems to be super supportive,” the source says.

“Shout out to Taylor for pulling up. That was pretty ballsy,” Travis admitted before adding, “I just thought it was awesome how everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her — the friends and family. She looked amazing and everybody was talking about her in great light.”
He continued, “To see the slow motion chest bumps, to see the high fives with Mom, to see how, you know, Chiefs kingdom was all excited that she was there — that s— was absolutely hysterical and it was definitely a game I’ll remember, that’s for damn sure.”

Through it all, Kelce has remained steadfast in his own support of the potential relationship.
