After opening reservations for January–July 2017 at 7:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, August 18, Chip andJoanna Gaines’ vacation rental, The Magnolia House, is already booked to capacity.
The bed and breakfast in McGregor, Texas, is chock-full of Fixer Upper charm, with farmhouse sinks, lots of natural light, rustic wood accents and plenty of shiplap to go around.

About 20 minutes outside of Waco, the Gaines’ vision for the home was to serve as a place for fans to stay, shop and enjoy all things Magnolia. “I want guests to have the full Magnolia experience when staying here,” Joanna wrote ina post on her website.
If you missed this round of reservations, don’t worry — summer 2017 will be here sooner than you think.
