The 35-year-old Australian actor, who’s always favored a diverse approach to working out, is launching his new health and fitness app,Centr, on Feb. 11.

On the app, users will be able to sweat it out at home while participating in 20-40 minute long workouts, ranging from HIIT (high-intensity interval training), boxing, yoga, strength training and MMA exercises.

One of the experts involved with the app is Hemsworth’s wife, Elsa Pataky, who offered key advice and support throughout Centr’s development, helping ensure the app is also female and mom-friendly.

Focusing on more than just exercise, Centr also hooks subscribers up with a variety of dietician-approved meal plans — which include recipes from world-class chefs — for a variety of dietary needs, includinggluten-free, vegetarian,veganand pescetarian options.

Additionally, Centr also provides a variety of ways to help you relax and ease your mind, includingguided meditationsand visualization exercises.
