For his second day of workouts, Pratt shared a video to his Instagram stories of his 24-minute workout, which included planks and squats. “All I’m using today is a floor to show you that you don’t need a big gorgeous gym to work out, you need the willpower and you need a surface,” he said. “You got a floor, I’m assuming. If you don’t got a floor, clean some of the s—t off the floor and get your workout in.”

“Don’t do it!” he yelled, whimpering. “I take it back. Quit. Quit while you can.”
In a followup post, Pratt added, “I want to apologize for that moment of weakness where I encouraged you to quit. I actually finished the workout. I took 26 minutes.”
“My whole day’s gonna be better,” he said. “One day at a time. My day’s gonna be better, and I hope yours is, too. Don’t quit.”
