Once the agents left Tin Roof to check ABC cards at DawgHouse, per the affidavit, Young and multiple friends followed the officials to the subsequent bar and spoke with its staff. As the agents looked to exit the location, Young allegedly laid hands on one and “struck” him on the shoulder.
Unaware of Young’s identity, the agent pushed him away, and another bar patron intervened, reads the affidavit. The “Drinkin' Me Lonely” singer then allegedly “began yelling and screaming,” refusing to follow the directions of an agent speaking to him.
