Stause clearly disagrees and tells Nurk, “I’m losing brain cells on this conversation,” before abruptly getting up to leave the table.

Heather El Moussa, an Oppenheim Group agent who has been part of the cast since season one, is noticeably missing from the trailerafter confirming in an Instagram post on Thursdaythat she will only be in “a few episodes” this season.
The reduced role was seemingly not El Moussa’s choice. She shared last spring that she was surprisedshe had not been called back to continue filming season 7after her maternity leave ended. “I’ve been excited to get back to work and so far I have not been called back,” she said during a segment onE! News.

Another feud that may be addressed this season is the drama between Stause and Smith. Although Smith confirmed the twohave resolved their issueswhile she was in the hospital recovering from asevere spinal infection, she didadmit to having a falling out with Stauseand blocking her on social media in May.
In the season 7 trailer, all of the agents are seen out at dinner where Smith starts recording and pointing at the empty chairs beside her. After someone asks where Stause is, Smith says, “We’re all here at dinner. Two empty chairs. It’s a little ridiculous.”
